Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and up to date information.  Clients will be required to actively engage in therapy

Payment and Fees

Payment for all services will be charged 50% at time of booking with the remainder paid prior to appointment.  Any additional services (splints etc) will be paid for at the time of issue.  Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged at 50% of the fee.  No shows will be charged 100% of the fee.

Confidentiality

All client information will be treated as confidential and will only be shared with consent or as required by law
