Some years ago, I suffered a Radial Nerve Palsy.  As a professional musician I thought my life was over, then I was sent to you.  You designed and built a spring loaded brace which was absolute genius.  You asked me to bring my Sax on that visit and I prayed i had the first glimmer of hope that there might be a chance of recovery.  You saved my life, literally.  We had a damn good laugh along the way too!  As soon as I was 'match fit' again, my first gig was a televised broadcast staring Dame Shirley Bassey to celebrate her 80th birthday.  Without your  expertise, I would never have played again.  As I said at the time; "Sometimes the words Thank You, just aren't enough"
